Yogi Warriors provides yoga clases to business and communities through the Sydney area, with the simple aim to improve the wellbeing of individuals.
Practicing yoga means to bring about a union between the body, breath and mind through a sequence of 'asanas' to align the physical aspects of the body and focus the mind. Yogi Warriors aim is to help our students to explore yoga and guide them into a mindful practice that fosters strength, grace and resilience to support their busy lives.
Yoga is a science and a powerful tool both on and off the mat. By focusing on our breath, we learn to move into our para-sympathetic nervous system - or 'rest and digest' mode - and improve our physical and mental resilience. Any 'body' can practice yoga and the benefits are wide and varied.
