Yoga Hub offers a safe and supportive environment where we will assist you to bring a sense of well being and balance to your life while strengthening the body, increasing energy levels and counteracting the effects of stress in our daily lives.
Our expert Ashtanga Yoga teacher is passionate about bringing the ancient practice of yoga into the community and strives to impart the benefits to everyone regardless of experience, age, shape, size and fitness levels. We believe yoga is accessible to all and have created a studio for students to experience an authentic Ashtanga Yoga practice, in a safe and friendly environment with direct teacher support. All students from beginners to advanced can practice together to experience the benefits of yoga. Classes are small to a maximum of 8 students to ensure you get the best support from your teacher. Classes on Saturday and Sunday only. THE STUDIO IS ALSO AVAILABLE FOR HIRE for small Yoga Classes, Meditation, Mindfulness, Wellbeing Courses, Holistic Practitioners.
