I started Yogabowl in 2005, wanting to bring safe, do-able Yoga classes to real people like you. We’re all just trying to maintain some semblance of balance in our busy, over-scheduled lives - so it’s important to me that what we offer is relevant, interesting, achievable and beneficial.

Yogabowl - (upstairs) @ Lane Cove Tennis Club, offers classes and workshops in Hatha, Gentle, Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga and Teens Yoga in the Lane Cove area. Private sessions also welcome.

Yogabowl Corporate - providing Corporate Yoga classes to your workplace, office, or off-site.
