Offering children aged 7-12, fun and interactive YOGA sessions that provide children with a wonderful opportunity to develop gross motor skills, increase focus & concentration, & learn breathing techniques for relaxation and increased emotional control. They will literally "Yoga Themselves HAPPY!"
