Yoga With Sharon

Sharon has been teaching Yoga for 15 years, she teaches a unique style of Hatha yoga combined with the principals of the Alexander technique and her ongoing studies in health and injury assistance gives a new angle to an old art form. Sharon came to yoga in her teens due to chronic back pain and has found it the only thing to relieve the discomfort. Due to this relief she had to know more and went onto a teacher training course and has been teaching ever since.
