Yoga with P

Pieternella initially trained as a Yoga Alliance teacher with Patrick Creelman in Singapore. This was followed up with a British Wheel of Yoga Diploma with Simon Low.
Pieternella has undertaken further training in "Yoga for the Healthy Lower Back" and "Pregnancy Yoga", and "Yoga Therapy" training. She is now a qualified yoga therapist.
Her aim is for her classes to be safe, informed, and enjoyable.
