Yoga Stanwell Park

Karen has been teaching yoga for about 13 years, classes are based on yoga and pilates including relaxation / meditation to calm the body and mind.
Karen focuses on core strength, balance and flexibility, the calming of mind and body - catering for all ages, fitness levels and flexibility - Options are given to the poses so you can work at your own level and ability.
$16 per casual or 5 classes for $70 - All classes are 1 hour
