Yoga Spirit Journeys

Yoga Spirit Journeys are all about awakening your potential by connecting to the power of nature.

We journey through ancient landscapes to align with chakra points, ley lines and indigenous songlines. We explore the pathways in the four directions ~ north, south, east and west.

Our groups are intimate to ensure your experiences are big and our footprints small.

We will walk, dance, stretch, meditate, laugh, sing and pause often, allowing time for rest, integration and deep healing.

Each retreat we are joined by some of Australia's most gifted shamanic sound healers who will offer individual and group sessions and work with the Yoga Spirit Journeys team to support your fullest integration with the frequency of the land and local cultures.

Yoga Spirit Journeys are not your usual retreats.

We are more like pilgrimages than retreats, where you get the chance to step off the merry go round to pause, connect and achknowledge your spirit and your purpose. We create and hold the space for true personal transformation and awakening so you return home renewed and inspired to walk your talk more consciously.
