Carmel is an Early Childhood Educator, Children's Yoga Teacher and Baby Massage and Yoga Instructor.
Carmel has many years of experience working with young children in different parts of the world and has 3 beautiful children of her own.
Carmel believes that children learn best through play and movement and encourages lots of imaginative, free, unstructured play time.
Yoga Play offers just that using our imagination to travel to different places, being different animals and using lots of fun props and music with a good balance between spontaneity and structure.
Most of all it is a fun way to develop strength, coordination, flexibility,balance as well as body awareness, concentration and self confidence, in an non competitive atmosphere.
