Yoga on the Deck

Need a little break but don't have much time? Need to get away from it all? Need some luxury in your life? Do you like yoga and fabulous food?

Look no further! Join Varsha Yoga at Spicers Clovelly Estate for Yoga on the Deck followed by a delicious breakfast. What a way to spend a Saturday morning! You work hard so come and treat yourself!

We will start with a Vinyasa Yoga Class on the private deck overlooking the lake and surrounded by the serenity of nature. I'll guide you through a fun class suitable for all levels (including beginners). Afterwards I'll guide you through an extended relaxation. Feel free to stay for a while and enjoy the space, meditate or just listen to the sounds of the birds and the trees. After that we will head up to the estate where breakfast will be waiting for us. After breakfast feel free to take a dip in the pool, so bring your swimmers too. You are welcome to lounge poolside or explore the property until 11:00am.

Come up from Brisbane and make a day of it!! Get your friends together for a morning of Yoga and spend the rest of the day exploring Montville and the Sunshine Coast Hinterland!
If you are a local, come and enjoy a little bit of luxury right in your own backyard.
