Yoga North

Why Yoga North? North. The direction of enlightenment. During the hour before dawn, yogis and yoginis, establish yourself in your yogic pose and open your heart and mind to the north. The Hindu, and other eastern philosophies, believe that during this pre dawn period, the aspect of the Divine is prevalent in the atmosphere. The atmosphere is charged with powerful spiritual vibrations that travel in a north-south direction. Meditate on the Divine, chant Om, allow your mind to freely float and merge in the peaceful and serene atmosphere to receive blessings and guidance.
