Day classes are $8 and last 60 minutes
Evening classes are $12 and last 75 minutes

My name is Elisabeth Whittaker. I started yoga in my early 20's and since then it has been in my life on and off. I work as a Remedial and Bowen Therapist and have always been interested in health and how to improve and keep body and mind at it's optimum health. Teaching yoga was my next step. Along with one of my daughters, we went to Byron Bay and started learning the technique of teaching Purna yoga. Purna yoga is based on Hatha yoga and includes breath, meditation and philosophy . The more I do yoga, the more I feel it's the right path for me and I love to share the benefits of yoga. Join me in this journey and discover for yourself the benefits of yoga.
