StressAce Yoga is designed to reduce stress and build natural stress control. The method is a combination of StressAce, a developmental neuro-physiological psycholtherapy. and conventional modern yoga practices.
StressAce Yoga is based on brain development principles and includes breathing, movement and sensory exercises for the five senses, as well as cognitive and emotion based activities. These activate two biological processes of change, a healing process facilitated by stress release and a growth process facilitated by brain maturation. This results in a stronger resilience towards stress, i.e. stress intelligence.
StressAce Yoga also provides self care education based on the neuroscience of stress and the conventional modern teaching of yoga.
