ADULTS CLASSES
General and Gentle class available to suit all abilities. Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga incorporating breath with movement. Classes include standing poses as well as floor work - always concluding with a relaxation/meditation to leave your body and mind calm and nourished with the energy from your practice. Each practice is different depending on the focus of the day.
KIDS YOGA
Classes for 7 - 12 yrs. These classes are fun and interactive, engaging kids, getting them moving, teaching them tools which can help them for the rest of their lives. Teaching kids body awareness, techniques to calm mind and body, anatomy to understand their own body enabling them to take responsibility for their own wellbeing, increasing their self esteem and confidence. I have had specialise Kids Teacher Training and continue to develop my knowledge in this area. Our kids are our future and deserve to live a life of joy and ease!
