Y4EB’s mission is for yoga to be accessible and suitable for every type of body. You don't have to be bendy to enjoy and benefit from yoga. If you can breathe you can do yoga!

Yoga is a great way to build strength, flexibility and calm the mind. As yoga is about the union of the body, mind and spirit, yoga can also improve ones overall sense of well-being.

At Y4EB we make you feel welcome, teach you how to do yoga safely (i.e. proper alignment and injury prevention) and ensure you leave the class feeling relaxed and uplifted.

Track pants and big t-shirts are as cool as are stretchy yoga tights at Y4EB!

ABOUT PUBLIC - 'CHILL-OUT YOGA CLASS'
This 75 min class is designed to get you connected with your body and to calm your mind. This gentle flow class involves linking yoga positions (asanas) with breath through movement - creating a meditative experience. This Chill-Out Yoga class is a lovely way to build strength, get your heart active, develop flexibility, stretch and to create a steady and spacious mind and body. The class includes pranayama (breathing exercises) for centering, yoga Nidra (for relaxation) and occasional gems of yoga wisdom that may help with challenges on and off the mat. The class is suitable for all types of bodies and yoga experience, including beginners, intermediates and even advanced yogis who are wanting a stress reduction opportunity. Your perfect ‘chill pill’ for the week.

Price:
$15 per session, $12 per session for multi-pass ($60 for 5 classes) or $5 concession

ABOUT YOUR TEACHER
Michelle Burgermeister is a yoga instructor trained with Power Living who highly respected for their teacher training and studio around Australia.

Michelle committed herself to regular yoga as a way of addressing health and personal challenges she was facing. Yoga made such a difference in her life (noticeable to others) after much encouragement from her yoga teachers and friends, she decided to train as a yoga teacher and has not looked back. She has experience in teaching yoga in a variety of contexts including s retreats, prisons and corporates.
