Yoga 213

Yoga 213 – which takes its name from Los Angeles’ original telephone area code – is a bright and vibrant space offering ‘CHILL’ and ‘HIP HOP’ classes daily. We also have a Donation class Friday at 5:15pm for friends at Beyond Blue, the national depression initiative. We are all about music, fun and happiness! There is no dancing involved.. we work with Vinyasa and Hatha sequences getting down dog to Snoop Dogg! And although we like it loud, we allow 10 minutes at the end of each class to turn the volume down and meditate.
