Yea Wellbeing

Every day we encounter stress in a variety of ways: environmental, social, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. It is our responses to these experiences that can and often do impact on our health, wellbeing and lives. We know that the human body is remarkable in that we do have the capacity to heal ourselves.

Yea Wellbeing is about helping people help themselves. We understand the nature of healing and that true, lasting healing comes from within, and as we heal, our lives improve as well.

At Yea Wellbeing there is no pressure to heal, and so you choose when you are ready to have a session and how often. It can be, and usually is, one long session, but successive sessions are available depending on your needs.

All sessions are 1 on 1 personalised treatment. Confidentiality is assured.

Quantum Healing is a long and thorough therapy which changes lives. The effects of a session often continue developing and integrating over months and even years!
