The principal of Yay! Realty, Jillian Saint, first moved to Carrick Street, Woodlands with her family in 1967. Having grown up locally, Jillian has seen the Woodlands, Churchlands, Doubleview, Wembley Downs, Floreat, City Beach and surrounding suburbs undergo massive changes in the last 43 years. She loves the area, knows the people and the places and is fully conversant with the area's property values.

Jillian is a member of the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA) and a member of the Law Society of Western Australia.
