Remedial Massage
Remedial or Deep Tissue massage is aimed at restoring movement or reducing pain and discomfort caused by soft tissue injury. the techniques used will either involve targeting superficial and/or the deeper layers of muscle.

- neck and shoulder discomfort
- lower back pain
- shin splints
- muscle spasm and muscle guarding

Sports massage is useful for anyone with chronic pain, injury or range-of-motion issues. Sports massage mostly adopts techniques that involve quick, short yet firm strokes
