Only an hour and a half drive from Brisbane, adjacent to a pristine natural rock pool, within walking distance of the beautiful Lamington National Park, Yarabilgong is situated in the idyllic Christmas Creek Valley.

Retreat from the world to Yarabilgong Wilderness Retreat. Enjoy swimming in natural rock pools, bird watching or explore one of the hiking trails through the national park. Alternatively, simply relax, take in a glorious sunset and enjoy of wine on the verandah.

Yarabilgong currently offers three accomodation options.

Option 1: Yarabilgong House - sleeps up to 6 adults, fully self contained, designed for environmental sustainability with both solar and hydro power, magnificient wood stove and combustion fire place. Children are most welcome.

Option 2: Stinson Hikers' Hut - a rustic timber hut secluded in tranquil eucalypt forest, can accomodate 2 adults and up to 4 children. Fully self contained with solar powered lights, gas stove and an outdoor open fireplace, this option is ideal for the keen hiker, nature lover or bird watcher.

Option 3: Bower Bird Nest Camping Ground - ideal for tents or camper trailer, the site overlooks the natural rock swimming pools of Christmas Creek. Boil the Billy and cook on an open fire. Access to hot shower and composting toilet.
