Yanchep Fit Chicks is an outdoor group fitness class designed especially for women. I am a mother of five and therefore understand the pressures and difficulties mothers face in finding time to keep fit. With this in mind my classes and attitudes are mother and child friendly. In addition, I cater my training to all fitness levels. I have experience training people of all ages and sizes.
