Booking request & $400 security deposit (same day payment) is required as confirmation of your booking. Bank details for direct debit payment will be provided with booking request. Full tariff payment is required 14 days prior to arrival date. Bond returned via direct debit within 2 business days after departure.

Cancellations:
50% of full tariff withheld for all cancellations made within 14 days of arrival. Full refund of tariff, less a $50 cancellation fee, if cancellation is made prior to 14 days before arrival date.

Last minute deal: 10% discount to all bookings made within 1 week of stay.

15% Discount to total stay for all emergency services personnel (not to be used in conjunction with any other offer)
