In addition to our monthly obstacle fun run and weekly bootcamps, we also open any time for sports clubs, corporate groups, birthday groups, hens and bucks. Groups from ten people upwards.

Prepare physically and mentally to complete your obstacle course event as fast as possible, but most of all as safe as possible.

Using trees to climb, balance & jump from, connecting with the earth to crawl, walk and run, and using logs and rocks to throw, catch, carry and lift.

Develop full functionality, increasing your endurance, strength, speed, flexibility and coordination of body and mind.

The Xtreme OCR will push you out of your comfort zone, but at the same time make sure you are in a safe environment.
