Having been through my own journey of suffering through stress & anxiety, I found that I could no longer participate in society in the same way.
Not only did I have a desperate urge to change what I thought, felt and did, I had to move to a more authentic way of life.
Changing jobs, houses, relationships or taking holidays all helped for a short while but the demands of this crazy world would catch up again and I would find myself drowning once again in the pit of stress and despair.
Changing the outer conditions was never the answer I needed, the changes I needed were internal.

So in getting to know yourself more completely and reconnecting once again, life begins to unfold in a different way.
