Workplace anti bullying Campaign

I have worked in the Hospitality, Community Services, Youth Services, Training and Recruitment Industries for over 20 years.

We as individuals seem to settle into life and work, without finding our true purpose and passion. We settle for second best without finding what we are truly gifted to do.

So life gives us a home, husband/wife, career and we plod along that path because it pays our bills and gets us by each day.

We put up with people and employers that do not truly see our worth, or give us the passion to seek a better opportunity or utilize our skills to better ourselves or the company.

My passion has always been to help those who do not see the value in what they have, seek better avenues, find a happier life style or sense of purpose in your life.

We sacrifice so much for others, yet we never sacrifice enough for ourselves to seek enjoyment in what we do.

I have been with many employers that have not valued my skills, abilities, along with my passions.

So here I am now about to embark on a new stage of my life, where I will be here to explore and enter into my new adventure of assisting others with a new and exciting campaign, to assist those without a voice , those who are not fully informed about what is ahead and what can be changed in the workplace.
