Providing workforce planning and development services, Workforce BluePrint was launched in 2006 by Wendy Perry and Associates Pty Ltd which was established in 2002 as Vocational and Educational and Training (VET/TVET) experts and strategists.

With a head office in Adelaide, South Australia, Workforce BluePrint has clients across all Australian states and territories, and global connections in Africa, Bhutan, Ecuador, Fiji, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore and the USA.

Presenting on VET and Entrepreneurship at the UNEVOC TVET Leadership Programme 2017 in Bonn, Germany in September 2017, Workforce BluePrint worked with leaders from Armenia, Australia, Cameroon, Chile, Ecuador, Fiji, Germany, Ghana, India, Kenya, Korea, Malta, Mongolia, Qatar, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Seychelles, Spain, Sri Lanka, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, and Zambia.
