About Simon:

What can I say? I’ve been involved with health & fitness for almost twenty years, firstly as a PT client and now as a qualified trainer. After seeing my reflection in a bar room mirror (the word tubby comes to mind) it was clear that something had to be done. So I found myself a Personal Trainer who worked with me to lose over 10kg and showed me how to keep it off. Training was hard at first but my trainer showed me what to do, pushed me just the right amount and kept me motivated. Soon I began to really miss it if I couldn’t train. As my fitness started to improve so did my goals and with the skilful guidance of my PT I successfully completed the Melbourne Marathon for the first time in 2008.

I appreciate very well the benefits of working with a Personal Trainer can bring. So I decided it was time to get qualified and help others experience the benefits that have changed my life.
