We have recently acquired a new shop front directly behind the St. Ambrose oval. Within this space we have constructed a women's gym. The new facility boasts high quality and state of the art equipment, with this as well as existing equipment and facility's of the weights, fitness room, bikes, cross trainers and treadmills. We also boast all types of fitness classes for all ages. From boxing and fitness circuits to teen gyms and senior strength we are your complete fitness center.
