My initial focus is on improving core foundation and postural balance to allow each individual to progress to their goals as quickly as possible. I strive on helping my clients achieve their goals through careful planning, appropriate exercise programs to suit you, nutrition advice and full support the whole way!

Each training session is planned well in advance to allow the client to meet set goals and maintain progression in movement patterns and exercise selection.

I am determined to get you to where you want to be, my primary focus is to see you achieve your goals while having fun.

I have been training for over 20 years in Aerobic training and anaerobic training, specialising in weight lifting, mixed martial arts, running, swimming, basketball, aerobics, Volleyball, rock climbing and parkour.
