Hi,my name is Toni, and I am a Pilates Teacher, and owner of Wise Move Pilates. I discovered the incredible benefits of the Pilates Method years ago after being encouraged by my Osteopath to start Pilates. So profound were the changes in my body and mind, that I decided to become qualified as a Pilates Instructor so that I could share the benefits with others. I completed a Diploma of Contemporary Pilates and Teaching, through Tensegrity Training in March 2014 and am registered as a Level 2 Pilates Teacher with the Australian Pilates Method Association, enabling me to teach both Studio (Equipment) and Mat-based Pilates Classes.
