WINDMILL WALK AGISTMENT is a registered business operational for over 10 years. We have two properties, approximately half an hour apart providing two different agistment options.
MARDELLA – 10 acres, comprising rammed earth stables, individual tack locker / feed rooms, agister's bathroom, Full size floodlit arena, flood lit roundyard, individual reticulated paddocks with safe electric fencing. Super quiet location with adjoining bridle trails in the estate so you can ride off the property. Experienced, full time supervision. Located approx.. 10 minutes from Byford, 15 minutes from Baldivis.
Part-board - $110/wk. Stable, individual paddock, rugging, use of facilities. Horse owner provides all feed including hay.
COOLUP – 50 acres. Spelling agistment. Large paddocks of small groups (3-5 horses per group). Daily token feed, rugging, worming included. Full supervision. $75/wk.
