Williamstown Yoga

For over two decades, Williamstown Yoga and Meditation has offered the local community a rich variety of highly qualified and dedicated yoga teachers, styles and traditions.

There are different paths to yoga and the teachers at this centre support each other in a united quest to share our wealth of knowledge, inspiration and love of yoga with our students.

Our classes are suitable for beginners and those with some yoga experience. We encourage everyone to practice at their own pace and we cultivate a community free of competition and ego driven goals.
