Wild Youth Yoga offers programs that bring the benefits of yoga, meditation and mindfulness to children and teenagers in the Port Macquarie area.

Kids yoga is different to adult yoga, yet the benefits are just as profound and it gives children a strong physical, mental and emotional foundation that lasts a lifetime.
