With 15 years cooking experience, Renee spent 3 years in India studying Ayurvedic Diet and Nutrition.

She believes that by simply understanding the nature of foods and their effect on each person individually, one can begin to heal their body back into balance.

Her passion and quest in life is to show people that healthy eating can be fun, energising, flavorsome and colorful, but also
healing, restorative and sometimes live saving.

Because we are physical beings, the more you allow yourself to have a clean system, the more you detoxify, the more you keep yourself hydrated, the more you can "clean up" what you have inside you, the more you can heal yourself out of almost any "dis-ease" on our planet.
