Westside Fitness is a group Fitness and PT Studio. We run a great mix of small group fitness classes mornings and nights, women's only and mixed, for all fitness levels. The classes are capped at 8 people, so you get heaps of guidance from our University educated trainers. We also offer Personal Training services, and Strength & Conditioning. for athletes.
