Western Integrated Health

Western Integrated Health is the culmination of a life long fascination with movement as a means of treating chronic pain and disease and enhancing athletic performance. The end result is a highly specialised Movement Centre run by highly experienced & passionate Post-Graduate Phyiotherapist & Exercise Physiologist, Jeremy Ingram.

Jeremy's mandate is to take the time to identify all the factors affecting a patients health or performance. His focus is on facilitating patients to achieve THEIR unique treatment goals through movement, mindfulness, nutrition & education.

Once symptoms are stabilised, he aims to improve the overall health & quality of life for all of our patients, many of whom who have stopped moving due to complex injuries and/or any chronic conditions. He is uniquely qualified & equiped to get anyone exercising safely & efficiently, regardless of age, weight, sport or diagnosis.
