Cleaning List
To ensure that the next people enjoy a clean house:
• Sweep and mop all timber flooring and tiled areas. A mop can be found in the laundry.
• Vacuum carpet areas and empty vacuum bag. Vacuum can be found in the closet under the stairs.
• Clean bathroom – toilets, hand basin, shower recess and mirror.
• Clean kitchen benches, sink and appliances.
• Empty and wash out kitchen bin and replace plastic bag.
• Clean fridge, do not leave any perishables in fridge.
• Make sure all furniture is returned to its original place.
• Leave some toilet paper for the next people.
NB By you cleaning it again helps us keep our rental prices down as we then do not need to charge a cleaning fee. We hope you enjoy your stay. Where We Are

Things you need To Bring:
• Linen including sheets, towels and tea-towels. (Blankets, Pillows and quilts are provided). We do provide linen etc if you forget them.
• Food, there are some items in the cupboards, please replace them if you use them.

Enjoy the beach or stroll to nearby Werri lagoon and reserve all within 150 Meters from house.
Most swimming is done from Werri beach nearest the house. Ocean pools are at Werri beach, Gerringong’s Boat Harbour and Kiama.
There is a Scenic Coastal Walking Track from Werri Beach to Kiama and a Winery in Gerringong.
There is an IGA store at Gerringong, shopping can also be done at Nowra or Shellharbour (Aldi, K-Mart, Woolworths etc. or Kiama Woolworth.)
There are some nice coffee shops at both Gerringong and Kiama and one in Gerroa. Berry township is also popular with antique and craft shops and markets there and also at Kiama.
About The House:
• Please park your car in the driveway, unless it leaks oil then please park in the street.
• We will supply you with keys for the house.
• No smoking permitted at the house.
• Please put the garbage out on Wednesday night.
• Please be considerate of neighbours particularly about noise.
• Any breakages must be paid for or replaced.
What’s in the house …
• A full stove and microwave
• A TV, DVD and mini stereo including CD player.
• A number of books, puzzles and games.
• 3 bedrooms upstairs one with Queen Size bed with ensuite. Two other bedrooms with bunk bed, single bed and 2 trundle beds.
• All bedrooms have balconies, 3rd bedroom leads to a large terrace.
• Down stairs kitchen with large living area.
• Laundry with automatic washing machine and dryer.
When Vacating …
• Please clean the house.
• Ensure all games, books, DVD’s and CD’s are left intact.
• Close all blinds and curtains, lock all doors and return keys to us
