Only 1 minutes walk from Werri Beach and beautiful headland walks, this fabulously styled & decorated 3-bedroom bungalow is opposite beautiful Werri Beach with its abundant birdlife and views.

Werri Beach Haven enjoys cool cross-ventilation in summer, catching the sea-breezes from its many windows, sliding doors whilst also capturing the warm winter sun. Large decks on 3 sides of the house look onto the ocean. Fall asleep to the sound of waves breaking on the nearby beach...

The indoor lounge room equipped with flat-screen TV/DVD player,plus various other outdoor seating and alfresco dining options on the wrap-around verandahs and in the gardens, allow for both happy socialising or quiet contemplation.

A well-appointed, fully-equipped kitchen stocked with essentials, outdoor gas BBQ, will delight those who love to cook, whilst award-winning cafes and restaurants are also only moments away. Several district wineries are also a short drive away.

A cosy electric fireplace provided in winter months, enable the house to be enjoyed year-round.

Hotel quality linen and luxurious fluffy towels can be provided - just contact the local laundromat for more information.

The huge rear yard is fully fenced, making Werri Beach Haven both child and dog friendly! A Leash-free area for dogs on the beach is only 100m away - dog heaven!

All 3 bedrooms have built in wardrobes. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed.
Bedroom 2 also has a Queen bed. Bedroom 3 has one king single.and one single trundle.
There is a full bathroom with a bath and shower recess, vanity and toilet. There is also a separate toilet. There is a washing machine in the laundry, with airers,ironing board and iron.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils, including blender, coffee machine and dishwasher. The loungeroom has an electric simulated fireplace, very relaxing. Each bedroom has an oil filled heater for warmth, in the colder months.

Please note: Lost keys will be charged at a rate of $50.00 per key(they are security keys and can only be cut by a locksmith) Bar-B-Que must be cleaned after use or an extra cleaning fee will be charged.
