A backyard for your boat and only 5 minutes drive to the main boat ramp.

Bring your kayak, push bikes and walking gear as this house is near the North Arm and local walking trail.

This property sleeps a maximum of 10 people.
There are four bedrooms with the following configurations
Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom with Ensuite
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: 1 x Double Bed
Bedroom 4: 2 x Bunk Beds (sleeps 4)

(Please Note: Linen and Bath Towels are provided for additional cost)

BATHROOMS
There are two bathrooms (Ensuite & Main Bathroom)

Iron & Hairdryer Provided.

ENTERTAINMENT
TV, CD and DVD player in the living/lounge area.

HEATING/COOLING
WenResting is heated and cooled by reverse cycle Air Conditioner.
Please close doors and windows when in use.
Ceiling Fans in Bedroom 1 & 2.

LAUNDRY
Washing Machine, Dryer and Clothesline.


Guest Access


There is rear access to the house. Lockable backyard to park your boat and trailers. The garage is not available for use.

Getting Around


Park your car and walk everywhere. WenResting is in a central location of Lakes Entrance and is only 700 metres to Lakes Bowls Club, 10 minute walk to the Main Street and Beach, 5 minute drive to Boat Ramp.
V-line bus runs from Lake Tyers Beach to Bairnsdale Railway Station meeting the V-line train which runs through to Southern Cross Railway Station. Local taxis available.


Other Things to Note


Tariff is quoted for 10 people.
Linen is not provided, you will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, beach towels and personal items. Linen and bath towels can be provided on request for $30 per double/queen bed and $25 per single bed.
