Wembley Junior Football Club

Welcome to the Wembley Junior Football Club! (WJFC Magpies).

WJFC is a community focused Australian Rules Football Club which is affiliated with the Claremont District and part of the Northern Conference.

Our club offers:

Auskick Program for children from PP to Y2,
Modified Junior competition (Y3-Y4-Y5-Y6-Y7),
Youth competition (Y8-Y9-Y10-Y11-Y12),
Combined Girls Team (Y4-Y6 and Y7-Y9) which is part of a standalone 12 week season.

In 2016 we moved to our new home ground at Wembley Sports Park (bordered by Salvado Rd, Selby St and Hay St) which is just up the road from our former home base of Henderson Oval and in the same precinct as the Matthews Netball Centre.

Use of both Wembley Oval and Pat Goodridge Oval (Auskick) means plenty of space for everyone to have a kick.

Parking areas for Wembley Sports Park can be found off Selby St and also off Salvado Rd (which is near the Matthews Netball Centre).

Canteen facilities are available for those Sunday morning sausage sizzles and bacon and egg rolls. A coffee van completes the picture.
