Wellness Wednesdays

The New Year can be a great time to refocus on ones own health and the health of your family. Starting in February 2016 The Mullumbimby Civic Hall will be the home of WELLNESS Wednesdays.

Mark these first four sessions in your calendar:

Session ONE: Wednesday, February 10th
-What is Wellness
-The Four Pillars of Health

Session TWO: Wednesday, March 9th
-The Transformation to "Being Well", what is involved

Session THREE: Wednesday, April 6th
-The Perfect Diet, does such a thing exist?

Session FOUR: Wednesday, April 27th
-The future of Medicine, Longevity & Beyond

Wellness Wednesdays are a new and unique series of monthly events promoting individual and family wellbeing and exploring what is health and what it is to be well. These evenings are open to the general community and will be specifically targeted to those wanting to find out more about living well and feeling great.

Each month Dr Oscar Serrallach and guests will take us through interactive presentations on various aspects of health and wellbeing. Dr Oscar Serrallach is a leading figure in Integrative Medicine and is well known for practicing and teaching wellness medicine in our community for the past 15 years. He is a fountain of knowledge and his wide range of experience combined with an engaging presenting style will appeal to all whom are keen to explore more in the world of wellness.

The sessions will be interactive and open with ample time for discussion of topics. Dr Oscar has a passion for educating and imparting real world tools for your improved wellness. All attendees will be receiving wellness related handouts and be e-mailed on line resources to support you at home and through out the year ahead.

This will be a chance to stop and focus on your own wellbeing and treat your family to a healthy start to 2016.
