Raindrop Technique
The Raindrop Technique combines the use of Therapeutic Massage and Young Living therapeutic-grade oils for an ultimate experience. Young Living therapeutic-grade essential oils are more than nice scents; they are gold standard for purity, potency and quality. The Raindrop Technique uses oils on the feet and back. The benefits from promoting deeper breathing, improves posture, improves circulation, enhances skin tone & structure, supporting both physical and emotional wellbeing, improving the immune system, adrenal glands, digestion, reduces pain, reduces inflammation, uplifts the mind and body, reduces anxiety, increases self-awareness, and promotes mental alertness.

Yoga Therapy
An individual is unique. The main aim of treatment from a trained practitioner is to restore the balance of physical and emotional aspects of each individual. Yoga (the Asanas) aims to bring the different bodily functions into perfect coordination so they work for the good of the whole body. Yoga Therapy uses holistic therapies, such as Yoga, Kinesiology, Polarity Therapy, Hypertonic Physical Therapy, Trager Approach and Counselling to achieve specific outcomes according to the needs of the individual. Kinesiology uses the gentle art of muscle monitoring to access information about a person’s well being. Polarity therapy is the art and science of balancing the subtle natural human energy fields and currents which create and maintain our physical, mental and emotional selves. Hypertonic Physical Therapy may improve the patient's range of motion or realignment of the affected area. The Trager Approach is a form of somatic education. It is claimed that the Trager Approach helps release deep-seated physical and mental patterns and facilitates deep relaxation, increased physical mobility, and mental clarity. Counselling aims to uncover unconscious thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, to aim to create new and wanted habits

Massage Therapy
Civilisations in the East and West found that natural healing and massage could heal injuries, relieve pain, and prevent and cure illnesses. Benefits include aiding circulation, increasing tissue permeability, assisting stretching, improving tissue elasticity, reducing scar tissue and homeostasis of the automatic nervous system.

Meditation Therapy
Meditation is a mental exercise, in which one focuses on breath, smell, object or sound, in order to increase awareness of the present, to enhance one’s personality and bring about spiritual growth or mindfulness.
