I am a professional holistic therapist in Port Kennedy offering wellness services for women. I have practiced Reflexology for fourteen years and I am a huge advocate of the benefits of this wonderful treatment.
Making Natural Soy Candles and Aromatherapy are a passion of mine and I incorporate my candles, hand made lotions and oil blends into my treatments.

As a wife and full time mum to my two energetic young children, I appreciate that a little relaxation and stress relief is vital to a persons wellbeing in a busy lifestyle.

The services I offer help to reduce stress and anxiety, provide relaxation to the body and mind aswell as promote energy flow around the body to keep the body healthy. Wellness therapies can provide relief to many common ailments and help restore the body to a state of balance, when the body is balanced everything flows efficiently. Massage therapy is excellent for well-being as it increases lymphatic drainage, the body's natural way of releasing toxins.
