Welbuilt Beef

Dear Beef Lover,

We would like to introduce to you Welbuilt Beef. Our cattle are hand raised on a small property, on the banks of the Macquarie River at Wellington. They are paddock raised and grass fed on a regulated diet consisting of green barley grass shoots and natural pastures.

By regulating their diet we remove the seasonal stresses on our animals and gain a consistent, great tasting product every day of the year, rain hail or shine. We are now making our products available for purchase. You can be assured that the whole process from paddock to your freezer is compliant with current Australian Standards. Our local butcher is able to prepare the beef to suit your personal requirements, please refer to the attached cut up sheet.

You can take advantage of our personal experience with cancer, which led us on the path of investigating how the food we consume is related to the health we enjoy.

You have the choice of package size, from quarter beast, half a beast or even a full beast. A quarter of a beast is approximately 30 kg, depending on the actual live weight. This will fill approximately 2-3 freezer drawers. Sometimes it might be a bit more, other times a bit less. It is packaged and labelled in heavy duty freezer bags, ready for your freezer.

The price we charge is a flat rate of $14.00 / kg of meat delivered. The beast is divided into 4 equal portions, so there is a mix of all cuts in your package.
