We provide Coaching to help facilitate lifestyle changes, guide you to make realistic goals and create a network around you to help overcome barriers and achieve real, long-lasting results.

The Weight Loss Coach is your Fitness Professional. With more than 8 years’ experience as a Personal Trainer and 33 years in fitness, we have the know-how and the personal understanding to help you push further and achieve more.

We take what we do seriously, but we try to have fun in the process.

We offer Personalised Coaching and Training Services as well as Nutritional Guidance.
Personal training is not required for weight loss coaching, but it is recommended.

We have a fully equipped studio, or we come to your home.
