Weasel Warriors

Several years ago now, we started a group called Weasel Warriors....it was started by myself Effie and my now ex partner Glenn in Tweed Heads. the reason for this group was because there was so many ferrets in need of rescue at the time in the boarder of QND. Also the RSPCA had closed down back then in Tweed heads and there was no one taking in unwanted fuzz...Glenn and myself rescued rehabilitated and rehoused at least 50 by now.... We kept any with illness or other in breeding problems as our own to look after as it was not as easy to re home them and most rescue places would have euthanised them....I am now living in Coffs Harbour and the group has split up so i am here on my own and luckily I have met some others that lend a hand here and there... I am predominantly looking after what is left on my own and rescuing fuzzies if they come along but generally i try to re home them as fast as i can as the expense of vet bills is a little debilitating to me to say the least..luckily i have a roof over my head and so do the guys that have remained with me...I work when i can get work but spend many hours looking after the sick ones...I rely on help from the public as without you it would be impossible to give these guys any medications or treatment...still i do what I can with what i have and encourage people to help out with donations when ever possible...I don't breed and I desex as soon as a ferret comes in and almost all of them need desexing....thank you for any help and your kindness towards these amazing little awesome beings.....you can use paypal and the details are effiesheart18@gmail.com thank you all for your generous help and understanding <3
