We Walk Together

We Walk Together is about supporting the wellness of our teenagers.

Our focus for the first half of 2017 is supporting 'Teen Girls' with '3x day Teen Girl Retreats' in the school holiday periods.
Retreat age requirement is: 15 - 17yrs.

WHAT YOUR DAUGHTER NEEDS TO BRING

Sheets according to bed type booked
Pillow case.
2 Towels, bath and beach
Casual clothes
Outfit that makes you Feel Good and Confident without too much exposed skin.
Joggers for bush walk.
Slip on off shoes eg. thongs
OPTIONAL
Own pillow and blanket.
Yoga Mat
Musical Instrument if you play

DIETARY NEEDS
The majority of our food will be Healthy Vegetarian meals prepared by the Girls as part of our Self Empowerment Program.

We can cater for some special dietary needs but all individual food requests will need to be in writing and pre approved.

It is expected that by 15-17 years each Girl can take some responsibility for her nutritional needs.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
This Event is held at a Property that runs entirely on Solar Power and therefore
NO HEATING DEVICES ALLOWED, including Hair Straighteners of Hair Dryers.

MOBILE PHONE POLICY
There is limited mobile reception.
Carers will be given a phone number to contact the Retreat Co-Ordinator in Case of Emergency .
Girls will be required to Hand Up their Mobile Phones during Session Times and will be allocated special times to use them.
We understand the significant role phones play in today's world and we ask the Girls to respect the dedication and significance of the genuine care our Facilitators are giving of themselves.
