WayOut Wodonga promotes the rights, health and wellbeing of LGBTIQ+ young people in Albury Wodonga and surrounds. We:
- Support LGBTIQ+ young people, their families and carers with information, resources and connections to services
- Run the Alphabet Crew Youth social group for LGBTIQ+ people and friends aged 12 – 18
- Engage LGBTIQ+ people aged 18 – 25 in leadership roles and positive action through the WayOut Youth Action Group
- Assist schools, services and community organisations with information, secondary consultations, and training
-Advocate for systems change to make services inclusive and accessible to LGBTIQ+ people.
Who can use this service?
Anyone wanting LGBTIQ+ youth advice, info or action can use this service.
To join the Alphabet Crew Youth Group you need to be 12 to 18 years old.
Members of the Youth Action Group are 18 to 25 years old.
