"Ridgemount House" is a large country house located on our family run beef cattle farm in the picturesque rolling hills of the New England. It is available as a holiday rental, suitable for an adventurous family escape or a romantic weekend getaway. Set in two acres of garden and surrounded by thousands of acres of productive farmland, the natural beauty is astounding. Fish for trout along our 4km of river frontage, watch the sunrise over the thriving Oaky River valley or attempt to spy the shy platypus.

Our four bedroom home can accommodate up to 3 couples and 4 children. With breakfast provided on the first day, a full kitchen, laundry, linen and towels and a luxurious woodfire to keep you warm in winter, Waterfall Way Farmstay will be perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The wider Wollomombi district boasts a number of World Heritage-listed National Parks with gorgeous short and longer walks. The second highest waterfall in Australia at the Oxley Wild Rivers National Park gives the Waterfall Way its name.

Armidale itself is a thriving university town, and a city for all seasons with bright autumn colours, mild summers, brisk winters and delightful springs.
