Class Description:
Muay Thai is a form of Martial Art, originating from Thailand. It involves kickboxing but also incorporates the use of elbows and knees. The sport has become world renowned for its simplicity, effectiveness and outstanding cardio benefits.
At Warrior Muay Thai students will learn various Muay Thai Kickboxing techniques and skills that can be used by anyone with a goal of competing, as well as by those who just desire a great conditioning workout. Muay Thai Kickboxing workouts include pad and bag work, footwork, as well as conditioning exercises like jumping rope, body weight resistant exercises, medicine Ball exercises, abdominal exercises and in some cases weight training.
